I bought this new LG Washer a few weeks ago. After it was installed we noticed that water was leaking from under the unit and running out on top of and under our floor tiles. I called LG and they said they dont do repairs in Manhattan and they would look for a local repair company. Meanwhile the store I bought it from sent two guys who first said no leak and then when I ran it they determined that there was a drainage leak and they reported this to LG. After another long wait LG sent a repairman who arrived WITHOUT THE PART. We are now waiting for the part to arrive so we can have a THIRD team of repairmen come to our house. It has been exactly 6-weeks since the unit arrived and we still have not been able to use it. Should we blame this on Covid or total incompetence?

Seems to be doing a good job washing my clothes and I especially like the feature where it turned itself off at the end of the cycle. Also theres a lot of different options which makes it fun to use

This W/D set has exceeded my expectations: its efficient effective and quiet. The only difficulty I had was on the first night trying to figure out how to switch from warm cold water. I logged on to Chat the owners manual wasnt clear to me and the rep simply told me that since the temperature was preset to warm I couldnt change it. I looked for info on
YouTube and found instructions on how to do it as well as how to turn off the audible alarms

Stopped working after 10 months

My first review wasnt posted so heres the short version. Our washing machine stopped working after 10 months due to issues with the vibration sensor. Five months after submitting a request for service under the warranty and our unit has not been repaired nor refunded. Lousy product but even worse customer service.

Nice washer but is almost 1/2 the size of its matching dryer 1/2 size smaller that is. The matching dryer has lots of room but unfortunately it would take several loads in order to fully take advantage of all that room. Cleaned the clothes fine but disappointed by how little room there is compared to the dryer

This is a wonderful washer with all the features I wanted to get. The energy efficiency is particularly to be noted. Unfortunately the unit leaks and after two service repair visits no one can figure out where the leak in the unit is coming from. Very disappointing

No drum light even though the promotional pictures look like it so be prepared to leave dark small items behind. No printed full length owners manual - maybe I am the only one who reads it but I like to keep it handy near the laundry. Now I have to use my own ink and paper.
